Ayushman Institute of Laparoscopic Surgery takes great pride in sharing that Dr Rajesh Khullar, Sr Consultant Surgeon has been appointed as the President of the Obesity Surgery Society of India (OSSI) during the annual congress OSSICON 2015 in Mumbai on 23rd-25th January, 2015.
OSSI was founded in 2004 with an aim to bring together experts in the field of Bariatric surgery to fight against the increasing prevalence of Obesity and Metabolic Syndrome in India.
Dr Khullar has been associated with the OSSI since its very inception. His untiring efforts and persistent work towards the growth of the society has driven it to its current strength.
Dr Khullar was decorated with the famous ‘Fobi cap’ by Dr Mal Fobi from USA as a honorary gesture for his contribution to obesity surgery.
